Pretty much all the sitcoms.
The Apprentice (I've never understood why it keeps coming back)
Any show like The Bachelor or Bachelorette
Fashion Star or Fashion Woman..... I can't remember the name. I only saw part of it when I was at my sister's and it's so bad.
These "true" shows on tru tv. (Exception: Impractical Jokers) But stuff like Op. Repo, World's Worse Tenants, etc, where all the subjects just lose their minds and crap.
Not a fan of Duck Dynasty. I don't get what the big deal is.

I said pretty much.
There are a few that are actually funny to watch.

I would never watch shows like the Bachelor or Honey Boo Boo so I can't address the truly pathetic programs being pushed on TV viewers.
But shows like Bones, Happy Endings, Suburgatory, Whitney, Revolution, etc. are all pretty damn bad.

Pretty much any sitcom NBC put out since 2010. Whitney, Guys With Kids, Animal Hospital or whatever it was called, 1600 Penn. I never saw the last two, but I don't need to to know how bad they are.
Also 2 Broke Girls from CBS. Awful.

Teen Wolf on Mtv is pretty legit, but everything else on there sucks.
Secret Life of the American Teenager on Abc Family has to have the absolute worst acting and writing of anything I've ever seen in my life.

My ex-girlfriend watches Criminal Minds all the time and I can't stand it. There are so many things that annoy me about that show.
Granted, I'm sure there are much worse shows out there, but that is one that comes to my mind.
