Batman Begins is an origin movie.

ETA: Surprised to see that it would not have made the list anyway.

RollTide has started a thread for almost every milestone. Instead of, you know, using the General Discussion thread. I would hope we treat this like a discussion board rather than a news feed:

Wonder Woman explodes with $223 million worldwide opening weekend
Wonder Woman surpasses the $300 million mark domestically
Wonder Woman soars past $700 million worldwide

But, as the DCU was desperate for success, everything has to be "news," I don't think any movie on this board has ever had its take tracked so closely across so many threads.

I hope that this means that you'll speak up with me when I complain about people starting multiple threads for the same film or TV show.

You will need some sort of arranged marriage to unite those houses, even then a red wedding scenario would weigh heavy on the first consolidated thread IMO (if such a thing ever existed)

I liked Lost but dislike the amount of threads. Lost did it episode by episode and that was better than a season long with a ton of splinters.

I really dislike the constant GoT threads, and I used to complain, but I was kindly told to stop complaining and just start more non got threads. I gave up. They used the do a good job of controlling them, but not anymore.

The GoT threads are the main culprit of the difficulty to keep good topics going.

I just don't understand starting a thread for a trailer, then a week later starting a thread for a movie poster, then another general discussion, etc.

It would seem that if we just had a thread for each film, people wouldn't have to say the same shite over and over.

I know that posters not bothering with search is the main problem.

Why can't it be both? Every other board on this website functions like that.

100% agree.

But also with "news" like this. There's no discussion here. It's "Great for WW, DC." Like what else is there to say?

If you want to talk the whole love thing and connect that to other films, maybe that's it's own thread...maybe.
