Jubilee has not appeared in any of the Deadpool movies; I think you’re thinking of Yukio.
Jubilee showed up in 4 of the X-Men movies, with barely any screen time or dialogue.

I saw 2 theories today.
Ned is fooling around, messing with his newly acquired magic skills and brings Deadpool and Wolverine into spidermanverse then we get a future deadpool spiderman buddy cop movie
America Chavez has perfected the ring portal, she was at the monestary training at the end of Strange 2. Her star shaped one allows her to hop around universes but when combined with the ring circle portal she can now open other dimensions. Meaning she is likely the cause of the future secret wars movie that will entangle all of MCU's best superheroes fighting dr doom who will also make her debut in D&W

Good call, just recalled a moody teenage girl and figured it was Jubilee. But your clarification merely underscores my point because I’ve no idea who Yukio is.

I know they joked about it in one of the movies.

Originally, yeah - he becomes the Hobgoblin. Combination of magic and weapons from the Green Goblin as well as the Goblin formula (making him super strong, etc.)
That being said, in the comics they were never really friends. Ned works at the Bugle, competes with Peter for Betty Brant before Peter steps away. Ned and Betty get married, but it doesn't work out, etc etc.
In the Ultimate universe, Ned was an adult while Peter is still a kid, and is pretty minor as a character.
It'll be interesting to see if Ned from the MCU turns into a villain, but honestly the Ned of the MCU is less like the Ned Leeds of the comics and closer to the friend of Miles Morales, Ganke Lee (who even uses the term "guy in the chair", much like how Ned refers to himself).

Reynolds is a fan of the comic, the mishandling of Deadpool is what drove him to push so hard for the first movie in the first place. Colossus was pretty much an afterthought in the Sony movies, so they didn't do him justice. Reynolds wanted movie goes to see what they were really missing out on so he was able to get him for the first movie.
Juggernaut was another character utterly fricked over by the movie makers, so Reynolds brought him into the 2nd movie. Not only did we get a legit Colossus, but we got a truly awesome Juggernaut (voiced by RR) as well.
This is what happens when the person running the show cares enough about the characters to know who they are and portray them as such, instead of some bullshite where they just toss someone in almost in name only.
