Laroy and The Niners were framed for the attempted assassination of Clay. Jax put the blame on Laroy to save Opie from being killed by the club. Tig distraught for turning his back on Clay, follows Laroy and attempts to run him over with a car, but hits Laroy's girlfriend sending her through a glass window, killing her instantly. However his dead girlfriend´s father is Damon Pope, the most ruthless gangster in Oakland who will likely be Season 5´s main antagonist.
looks like the sons are gonna have to take it up a notch if this ends up being the top atagonist this year. I could see this happening since the new chief of charming had 15 years in with the oakland gang section. Seems to fit perfectly.

Damon Pope is played by Harold Perrineau
According to Wikipedia, SOA was renewed for a sixth season last year and Kurt Sutter said that the seventh season should be the final one.
