I'll go with Stephen Dilanne. I think he could play Ned, Jorah, Bronn, Roose, Davos, Balon, Qhorin Halfhand, Maybe Meryn Trant.
For the actress, Maybe Natalie Dormer. I can see her as Sansa, Dany(after hair dye), Ros, Ygritte, Miranda

I think Peter Dinklage could play anything if not for his height.

Peter Dinklage could play every role (Male & Female) simultaneously in a one man show on Broadway.

I would like to see the kid that plays Hot Pie branch out.

The pyro effects guy that is responsible for the funeral fires could play pretty much anyone

Charles Dance is the most accomplished actor, and has played every type of character in Shakespeare plays. He gets my vote.

I could see dance as a maester.

Only problem is his age, but I've made no secret that I think he is the best actor to have appeared on the show, to date (yes, ahead of Dinklage, Emma Peel, and Pryce) - AND done the best job with his character, overall (and this isn't saying something bad about the rest of the cast, it's a great compliment to Dance). But, I agree, he could have pulled off almost any character for which he is remotely age appropriate.
Because of the nature of the cast, I'm going with Jerome Flynn - he was mid-40s when the show started, so I could see him as Stannis, Jamie, Robert, Ned, Blackfish, any of a number of early-middle aged lords and knights, perhaps Jorah - and my only question is could he pull off the accents/dialects.
But very good presence and a very adaptable actor. Ditto for Nicholas Hardword.

The only way I can see Jamie is because Jerome Flynn and Lena headly were a couple during the shows run and it ended bad enough to have to separate them on set other than that noway could he pull off Jamie
Also he's a vegetarian and not for health reasons. Bronn has been ruined

my only beef is that he wasn't bald

This is kind of a hijack, but looking more closely at Stephen Dillane, he would be the PERFECT fit for a biopic on William T. Sherman.

Other than the fact that they both play with fire, I don't see any resemblance.
