What is the 'Psych' on today's tv?

Like an hour long fun show like Psych or Monk.
Seems like everything hour long these days is super heavy. Doing a rewatch of Psych but running out of episodes.
Flash is the closest thing I can find these days. Anything I'm missing?

A Psych movie popped up on IMDB for 2016 a while back. I wonder what ever came from that.

Thread was partly about how great Psych was but also a complaint about how heavy TV shows have gotten. Where's the fun? Walking dead, daredevil, Jessica jones, Luther, etc. all "good" shows but heavy as frick.
I started this thread after watching the first 5 minutes of an episode of Luther where some bad guy killed a baby and wrote a bunch of stuff of the wall in the baby's blood. I mean WTF? I'm sure supremely acted by Idris Elba but that ain't what I want to watch before bed.
Only fun hour long shows I can think of are the flash and I zombie.

Corny but pretty entertaining despite that. I watched the whole first season on Netflix and started catching up on the 2nd season a while back but fell off. Need to figure out where I stopped
