What is the best drug related movie(s)?

What is the best movie primarily based on doing drugs?
I'm gonna get this one out the way and say Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which was a huge part of my teenage years.
Spun and Drugstore cowboy are honorable mentions to me.
What do you all think?

Blow is really really really good...almost great.
But if we are being technical - you could have Donnie Brasco and Goodfellas on this list.
I think it's Narc...total drug movie...the Saving Private Ryan of opening drug scenes.
