Too many to list here but the 3 that stick out are:
The Dark Knight- In the interrogation room when the Joker tells Batman "You have nothing to threathen me with. Nothing to do with all your strength."
The Dark Knight Rises- The whole first encounter with Bane.
Watchmen- Rorschach in the prison. "You don't seem to understand. I'm not stuck here with you. You're stuck in here with me!"

Batman 89 when Batman rescues Vicky from the Joker/ drops thru the glass ceiling was pretty badass at the time too.

I really like the plane rescue scene in Superman Returns. (even though Lois bouncing everywhere was silly)

The Joker dancing with Vicky Vale at the end in Batman.
More recent would be the fight between Cap and the Winter Soldier and Thor failing to pick up the Hammer in Thor 1.
Probably gotta go with Fassbender killing the Nazis while drinking beer in First Class too

I would disagree with that statement (I actually liked SR), but that scene is great. The music, the effects, hell...even the physics (the "rippling" of the fuselage and the crushing of the nosecone) all worked in that scene (from initial ignition through touchdown.

Yeah I mean how can you not like it? Batman fighting for his life while Bane toys with him and is nice enough to tell him his life story while he effortlessly kicks his shite in. Awesome sauce.

There are a lot of good ones, but by far the best one IMO is Nightcrawler in the White House at the beginning of X2. Such a badass fricking scene.

Another one of the best doesn't even have the superhero in it...the opening bank robbery scene from TDK. I remember first seeing that when it was leaked/released, and it was pretty amazing.
