There's been speculation that it was the kid of the DEA agent Nancy married.

Nobody really knows at this point. Anything you see is just speculation. It does seem the most commonly accepted theory online is either the son of the DEA agent who Nancy married or Guillermo. The writer of Weeds, Jenji Kohan said this...
