I watched the first episode and was pretty underwhelmed. Is it worth getting involved in?

First and second seasons are. Thought they were great TV. Then it got sappy and soapy. Lost me with all the love triangles and broken relationship crap, oh and mysterious strangers from the mist presenting visions and impregnations. Should have stuck to the warring, raping, and pillaging. JMO

Definitely worth sticking with. I have really enjoyed it. Ragnar is an awesome character.
