I hear you, brother. But this is a gossip piece. It is in a gossip source. They appear to have cobbled together a story about Sheen, but have omitted his name. From his perspective and the perspective of his friends, this might be a "big hit" to his reputation as an actor.
For all I know, he watches his dad's films and thinks that is him.

HIV doesn't transmit THAT well from man to woman.
Actually did a paper on it in my immunology class, chances are incredibly low that route. Unless you're talking about the other hole, which ya, makes it a lot more likely.

I know Sheen is the popular answer, but some things dont fit, like:
Is Charlie really "World Famous"? And do you think Charlie gives a shite about what people think about him as an actor?
RDJ would be a huge reveal, but he hasn't exactly been secluded for the last year, with Avengers/Charity stuff and filming Civil War, so I don't think that works.
DiCaprio or Sean Penn kinda fits the bill. Neither has been really active in anything recently, and both are definitely worried about their Acting legacy.

And that is the grain of salt necessary for it to be Sheen - and, I think that quote comes from a friend. For all I know, he and his inner circle think of him as a genius.
But, you're right - that snippet is the only reason people are reaching for Leo, Depp, RDJ, etc. - all of those cats have been calm, lately. Yeah, Charlie has been quiet for a little while - which only goes back to that "in seclusion for a year" clue.

You have that backwards, baw. It does not transmit easily from a woman to a man, through common penile-vaginal penetrative sex, with or without a condom. (Looking at you, Magic Johnson.)
It DOES however, transmit relatively easily through unprotected sex from a male to a partner of any sex if there is any exchange of blood or ejaculate.
ETA: It is laughably easy to get sharing needles.

Also that's a stock silhouette image. Vince vaughn has been filming Mel Gibson's new WW2 movie in Australia for a while. And in and out of Atlanta to work on various projects. All that aside, it ain't him.
