So far this is a train wreck mess reminding me of when Lost went full retard. They had some mystery to the first season and now they are just jumping to a bizarre mind frick route to the show.

Yeah I was half way paying attention and had to go back and rewatch from the beginning of tonight's episode to figure out what the hell was going on.

Extant, another bad summer tv show.
Would tv get good ratings for the summer? Kids are home, why not put some primetime programming on instead especially with lack of sporting events to show outside of MLB.

I'll bump this thread because I just powered through the last 3 episodes and feel horrible about it. Best case, this show was slightly better than mediocre last season but best case so far this season is fricking terrible. It is a brutal watch that I want to give a chance but don't think I can keep going with it.

Yep, me and the wife watch it for the lols, I keep saying next week on under the shitty dome and she will reply with something like Jr. gets angry and burns down the diner because wood isn't flammable to him.
