Well, you are wrong about Lost. It was great all the way to the end.
However, I don't know how you finished Nip. I hated the characters so much I actually wised ill will on the actors.

Dare I say the 4th season of AD falls into this category?

Yes, seasons 5/6 have some of the best episodes of all.

No. Season 4 was different, yes, but still hilarious and it got better as the season went on. The revelation of fakeblock is one of my favorite ad jokes.

Weeds
I came to post this. It started out hilarious, but after they left Agrestic, it just got worse and more self righteous with every passing season. The series finale was the worst that I have ever seen. It was so fricking cheesy and not even in a comical way.

I felt that way at first. But some of the jokes they were setting up for later, that I didn't realize at the time, are really hilarious.

It's the fact that they make the dumbest decisions when a simple conversation would solve half their problems. Same goes for the following. The following is a whole different level of ridiculous, but the walking dead is getting there.

If they made the right decisions they would successfully solve their problems and the show would be over.

No one will admit it but Sopranos got pretty bad (relatively) in the second-to-last season
Any episode with Janice is a bad episode. God I hated her.

Weeds, House, and Heroes
Actually these got bad enough that I quit watching

House shouldn't be on the list. Especially with the other 2 you mentioned. It wasn't as good, but it didn't fall to shite like Weeds and Heroes.
