The CW airs DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League, which will feature lots of new footage from DC's upcoming films. Today, on Fat Man on Batman, Kevin Smith, host of tomorrow night's event provided us with some details on what to expect...

As you know, writer/director Kevin Smith will be hosting The CW event DC Films Present: Dawn of the Justice League alongside DC Comics' CCO, Geoff Johns. On the latest episode of Kevin Smith's popular podcast, Fat Man on Batman, he talked about what exactly we'll be seeing this Tuesday night. "They show footage, new footage of Batman v Superman," said Smith. "They show footage from the Wonder Woman movie that they're shooting right now, which includes shots of Wonder Woman in action doing some shite you've never seen before. Then the whole f**king thing wraps up with the debut of the Suicide Squad trailer."

Kevin Smith is one of the very few people to have seen the new Suicide Squad trailer and during the episode he gave his thoughts on how David Ayer's new film might surprise us. "I think this is their Guardians of the Galaxy. It's going to be a sneak f**king stealth hit." What do you think about Kevin Smith's comments? Are you excited to see some new DC footage?

DC FILMS takes over the CW on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.

DC FILMS PRESENTS: DAWN OF THE JUSTICE LEAGUE invites viewers behind the scenes of the exciting new movies coming out of the DC Films universe, culminating in the thrilling world premiere of the all-new trailer for “Suicide Squad,” DC’s misfit crew of antiheroes forced into saving the world this summer, with director David Ayer. Hosted by filmmaker/writer/lifelong comics fan Kevin Smith, with special guest DC Entertainment’s Geoff Johns, the special showcases the explosive landscape of DC’s greatest heroes, kicking off with “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” in theatres this March, and with a sneak peek from the upcoming Wonder Woman feature film.

Get a look at never-before-seen footage, and see interviews with such stars as Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot, and directors Zack Snyder and Patty Jenkins—just a few of the creative forces behind the much-anticipated film franchise that will bring together the greatest collective of Super Heroes in the upcoming Justice League feature film. And because no Super Hero could make his or her mark without a truly formidable foe, the special also provides glimpses of DC’s most famous Super Villains.

This looks interesting. Marvel is also having a special tonight as well as Agent Carter I believe.

I'm Getting nervous that DC is releasing just too much footage from their movies. Less is more is a very smart approach to trailers.

I am very excited about Suicide Squad.

That Flash doesn't look near as flamboyant enough to be played by the actor they cast.

I'm usually not one that likes for them to screw with long established characters, but I think I'm going to like this one (I know I like the new look already).

I think a lot of that, though, is due to the fact that I was never an Aquaman fan.

It's not a finished poster, just concept art.

The lack of GL has me thinking that they haven't decided if they're going with Hal or John or ? as GL. Or they don't want to give it away at this point.
