Any movie by those "two writers from Scary Movie" that made Date Movie and Epic Movie (and some others). Horrible movies.

Those people just went completely off the rails. It's like watching a monkey trying to emulate a human doing human things without even the slightest comprehension of what the actions actually mean. There have been a few decent (not great) ones -- the original "Scary Movie" or "Not Another Teen Movie" -- but the genre as a whole has been hurtling straight down to hell since the "Naked Gun" series ended, which was essentially the swan song for Zucker and Abrahams.

This thread is pathetic, it should be for movies/shows that are universally panned. Too many lame as trolls on this one as well, I mean some dude just named the Wire??

Elysium is worth seeing for Sharlto Copley

see I started to like him in the movie then I realized, hey they're trying to carry this mess with one over the top bad guy... so no, won't let them off the hook. Now maybe if they got Ron Perlman...

no, it was crap.

Not that I think "The Killing" does belong on the list, but the show got worse and worse until it became terrible. The last season was laughably bad.

I nominate:
"For Greater Glory" - maybe the worst movie I've seen

Speaking of which I need to go make mention this in the essential viewing list thread.

- Dishonorable mention to all M. Night Shyamalan movies not titled Sixth Sense or Unbreakable

"Signs" is by far M's best movie. Sixth Sense was far too predictable. My wife still brings up how I ruined the movie for her by predicting the "big reveal" 10 minutes into the movie.
