What i dont get is she ran out the door into the light. After rick and others find tdog they dont show them run out that same door, but end immediately back where they left herschel. or did they run out the door? i thought after daryl picked up the scarf it just switched to them back with herschel.

What bout Carl not really shooting Lori and then Carol finding Lori and saving her? I mean what were all those scenes about earlier this season when Carol was performing csections on walkers.

It's pretty obvious that the show runners are not afraid to lose anyone (save for maybe Rick). So that makes it interesting when you start to try to figure out who is next.
Yep, I could easily see this type of show evolving into the ultimate "we will kill off anyone" saga. Rick dies in a blaze of glory only to be replaced by another even better Rick-like character. Here lie the legacy of heroes who fought against world domination by zombies.

My thoughts. When Carol ran outside she had the scarf on her head. She knew where Herschel was so why wouldn't she just run straight there. I think when she ran outside but was then forced back in by walkers which is why her scarf was there by the door. So she is running through the prison. She then stumbles into the room with Lori. Somehow, she magically saves her because Carl pussed out and didn't shoot her.
I know Kirkman has said she is dead, so this is probably unlikely but this is my 2 cents.
