Well I just got through watching.... surprised Bryan went home over Amanda. There is something off-putting about her.... plus she's probably screwing my man Adam!!! Hubby was glad to see Cassadee was saved.

Just watched my tape and caught up with the thread. Close one for you, Hat, but I see you missed me a lot by the number of posts in which you spoke of me. 
I can't believe I have to endure MELANIE for another week. UGH. I'd have taken any of them over her. Like I said, Amanda better step it up. This wasn't her best week.
I also thought Adam's team's performance was a train wreck. Awful. Loved the Rascal Flats performance, though.

I think Amanda has been somewhat whiny and "poor me" on the show. I know what you're talking about though. There's something about her that I don't care for, but I do think she's got pipes. I'm just not sure she's more than a back up singer. One week I think so and the next I don't. I think it was stupid of Carson to comment that she wasn't nervous.

Well, be prepared that I won't be on live for the XFactor. The family and friends Thanksgiving marathon is starting. I hope to watch it later tomorrow night. Can't believe they're doing the results on Thanksgiving night. They should have skipped this week in my opinion.

I'll catch up on the thread tomorrow, but had to get out of bed and come post this after catching up on both shows. As usual, I jotted notes on my phone as I watched. Monday show...
Sylvia didn't do well and I fricking hate her.
Terry is awesome, but I feel like it's just karoake every week now. I know that's his wheelhouse, and I'm glad the coaches (and America) seem to love him, but I'd like to see him do SOMETHING different, even if it's just a little different. He did great though, even if I didn't like the song choice (great song, but doesn't showcase his voice very well).
Melanie = meh. She did an okay job, but I'm just tired of her.
Thought Cody was bad, and bad song choice as well. And the gay is overwhelming now...and all the coaches commented on it.
Bryan Keith was great IMO, and awesome song choice. I want to see him sing Walking in Memphis. The half-pole/stand microphone stick bugged me though. That was weird looking.
Carson, shut the frick up. Nobody cares that you were just in New York. Stop talking.
Amanda Brown was awesome. Never heard that song, but she sang it great. And she's getting hotter it seems like.
Nicholas was awesome. Great song choice, but I didn't like the choir. Felt like it was too big/loud and kinda took away from an awesome performance by him a little. Very good overall though. He's just so fricking cool. His little prayer/bow thing is annoying though.
Thought Trevin did okay, but hated the song choice. He's slipping a bit I feel like.
Cassadee was fricking awesome. best of the night IMO.
Dez = meh. It was cheezy and not great IMO.
I agree with Blake though, that this wa slikely the best episode of the Voice ever, performance-wise. Lots of great ones.
Christina begging America to vote for her team was ridiculous, and her two are in the bottom three with Cody IMO.

With only 8 left I was thinking this is gonna get hard after next elimination. I can see the next 3 weaker ones but once it gets to 5 I really don't know who.
Melanie and Cody are the next 2 easy eliminations, despite the Itunes love for Melanie. After those there is Dez and some on here would argue Amanda for the next elimination.
Cee Lo looks to have the best chance at this title with Trevin and Nicholas most likely making the top 4.

I can't stand Cassadee Pope. I don't like when people come into these types of shows with past success and a huge following. I use to 'listen' to her band, Hey Monday on the radio a couple of years back. They were signed to a major record label and everything. Toured with likes of All Time Low (her bf is a member of that band), etc.
She'll skate right through to the finals, probably, due to her fanbase.
