The Revenant = Highlander 7 (spoilers)

I finally had a chance to watch this gem and loved it for two reasons.
1. The Revenant was a fantastic continuation of the Highlander Series. Glass lived up to his obviously ironic moniker by being unable to die over and over again throughout the film. Whether it be multiple bear maulings, 440 pounds landing on his mangled body, starvation, acute dehydration and desiccation, septic shock, multiple Indian raids, hypothermia, being swept away down a river and zipping down a water fall, being stabbed multiple times, buried alive, or just straight up falling off a cliff into a huge tree, Glass showed that immortality, while fun, can have its price.
2. The bear rape was tastefully done.
Hopefully Leo finally gets the Oscar he was begging for when he cried and sobbed into the camera for the last shot of the movie.

Id give it a 3/5. Good cinematography, acting, and score. That's about it though. Kinda like Sicario.

What kind of sexist are you? It's a new world out there and women can rape just as equally as men.

You know its roots are in a true story of the man being mauled by a bear and having to crawl and swim miles to the nearest post right?

Your Leo threads are as predictably negative as your Kobe threads are positive.

My Leo threads aren't negative. How is this negative? I'm rooting for him and hope he gets his pity award.
