you showed a 5 second clip where Superman broke one construction from a GL. i showed you and referenced things that go against that. but those dont count?
also, Superman isnt in this fight. Zod is. Superman has taken Zod countless times. Superman has been beaten by GLs and the Sinestro corp, who is the one fighting.
i dont care that you vote for Zod but your reasons are all based on Superman and ignores when Superman has lost.

this is tough to decide. so is the brainiac/apocalypse fight.
The force may have a struggle against an enormous object thats also wielding tremendous strength. Vader is also extremely slow. it really depends on the lightsaber and abomination healing from it.

Abomination can heal/regenerate pretty well. But if Vader can cutoff his head or chop him up into 20 pieces, then I think the game is over. The question comes down to can Vader hold Abomination long enough with the force to do slice him up. I'm starting to lean to maybe he could.

I think the Zod/Sinestro fight comes down to two things:
1: Can the yellow ring produce krytonite radiation potent enough to kill/incapacitate Zod. Apparently from what other have said, the answer is yes, correct?
2: If so, can Sinestro scan Zod with the ring, get the information about his weakness to kryptonite, and blast Zod with the radiation before Zod gets to him and rips him in half.
ETA: Also keep in mind that Zod would be more than willing to cut Sinestro in half with his heat vision, which Superman would never be willing to do to GL which is why you can't compare Supes/Gl with Zod/Sinestro.

i dont think thats all it comes down to. Superman has been physically beaten down by GLs without them mimicking the radiation. Sinestro's power comes from harnessing the power of Parallax and having enough will and control of fear to beat down Zod.
Super strength and speed are not the end all, be all. these are intergalactic corps. they face super powered beings constantly. hell, they have gone toe to toe with Lobo who was deemed god-tier.

Supes may have been beaten down by a GL, but Supes was never willing to slice a GL in half either. Zod wouldn't hesitate to do it. There are a lot of lengths that Zod would go to that Supes wouldn't.
So the real question then becomes, can Sinestro's constructs hold up to Zods heat vision, speed, and strength?

Zod over Sinestro is also ridiculous. It seems villains are tougher to judge for some people. Sinestro would wipe Zod. Sinestro would probably wipe 5 Zods at the same time. Man of Steel fans, what can you do?

It's a toss up, but Blackheart should win. The only thing is that Blackheart has 2 forms, and his weaker form is his true form and only appears to worthy opponents. That's a problem since Thanos is worthy. So I go Thanos. But it's really a toss up depending on how technical you get.
