Yea, it is no contest. Wolverine at times is like Batman with fans. They build him up to be an all destructive force that can't be stopped. He is brutal and rage incarnate sometimes, but compared to other powers in the Marvel universe, his regeneration and claws just can't compete.
Now, if Wolverine had the element of surprise, he could probably pull it off, but I'm not leaning towards that scenario.

when did they finally build ice man up to be this unstoppable force? i only really remember the 90s x-men where he was mostly an after thought.

This is my problem with Raven vs Batman. As much as I like Bats, unless I can come up with a way he can legitimately defeat Raven, I'm gonna have to go with Raven.

That's the Age of Apocalypse Iceman but, that being said, the 616 Iceman has recently developed his powers very nearly to that level so the pic still works.

I really tried not to be biased there. I justified my Batman pick with the fact that, since she's a DC character, he's very well versed on her strengths and weaknesses and while that wouldn't let him beat all DC characters I think its enough in this case.
Raven's a nutcase. Powers be what they may, Batman can get to her and take her down in a moment of weakness.
