When did they show this? I'll have to go back and rewatch. I tend to stop all my rematches somewhere around season 7 or 8.

It was in the season 9 episode Moving On.

It's really anti climactic. It was probably easy to miss because as a viewer I thought there would be more to the mystery, but Toby getting choked was just the confirmation that it was him.

I kept thinking there would be more to it, and I think originally there was supposed to be.

Idk when I lost interest, but I don't know if I'll ever pick it back up. Pisses me off, because I am critical of how 99.9% of shows end so I feel like I almost have to see how this one does it so well.
