While I thought S1 ended well, a ton of people tuned out, including on this board. S2 was absolute brilliance.

That really has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. S2 was a distinct improvement on S1. Which is why we've had a bunch of people come in saying "I watched a couple episodes and didn't like it, should I try again, does it get better."

S1 followed the book completely. People have a hard time following The Leftovers because you really can't compare it to any other drama on television.

I thought both seasons were distinct and fantastic. Looking forward to finale.

Only 3 seasons show how dumb-downed programming is nowadays. This show makes you think. It's sad it won't last longer.
