Don't go into it expecting the "funniest show EVARRR!!!!" and you should be fine. If you play/like fantasy football, then you'll enjoy it. It us pretty overrated though. It's one of those shows that is incredibly forced at times, and tries way too hard at times, but overall is still funny and enjoyable.

I watch The League,it has it's moments.I feel it's just catchphrase comedy though. IMO, it's the fourth funniest show on the network though behind Louie,Archer and IASIP. Children's Hosiptal,Todd Margaret and even Community are funnier.

Saw that one too. And I believe you're getting your 9:00 and 9:30 shows on fx mixed up when commenting on stale scripting.
ASiP fans are living in the past. Seasons 1-4 could give the league some competition, but they've run out jokes and just seem to recycle the same plot lines with different scripts now.
The semifinals episode of the league was better than the last season of ASiP combined.
