It seems to have pretty favorable reviews, but wanted to get the M/TV's opinion.

Yes, absolutely worth a watch. Really cool movie with a throw back/classic feel. Entertaining and tense throughout its 97 minute run time.

Yes x1000

The Guest is a film with both a weird horror vibe, but a super original style all at the same time. Don't read any descriptions, just jump right in and enjoy it.

One of my favorites from 2014.

I had heard good things, but I didn't really "get" it.

Worth a watch though.

Just finished watching it. Really good movie, and there was definitely an 80s feel to it, which I loved. I loved how it kept me on my toes, not knowing what was gonna happen next until the end.

Just watched this on Netflix, pretty interesting movie. It was a little over the top at times, but I guess that is part of the classic horror movie vibe. Overall it definitely kept me interested throughout. Certainly enjoyed watching it.

You can't take it TOO seriously. I had a really fun time with this movie. I thought Dan Stevens' charm with the family was just hilarious. Maika Monroe is an absolute smoke show. Loved her in "It Follows" as well. Overall, it's just a low-budget, fun little movie. The Haunted House scene

Yeah, I guess I expected it to be a little more serious, but that didn't ruin the movie. My roommate told me after it was over that some of that silliness earlier on helps keep you interested.

The haunted house scene was pretty awesome
