So now do you call for shitloads of backup knowing that the bad guys are on their way or do you grab a few guns and one box of ammo and say frick it we are doing this Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid style? Of course it's option B

And don't forget, what about, say...leaving the safe house once you removed the bug, and go somewhere else perhaps?

- Excellent "state of the art" security system at that house by the way

Again.
This part really bugged me.
What kind of commando type raiders would stand in front of a glass door and just wait to be plugged by a shotgun wielding dude?

How come Hardy knew for a fact that there were just 3 guys out there coming for them? He had NO way in hell in knowing it was 3 or 30, or the whole damn cult coming through the woods for them.

And, what idiot being besieged in a house at night, by unknown assailants, leaves the lights fricking on, and peers through the upstairs window, with the lights on, looking for said attackers? And then, leave the relative safety of the house to go outside and look around.

This part was so stupid, I actually stopped laughing and just shook my head. And then felt sad for the writers.

Exactly Or give Ty the bug and have him drive one way and you drive the other. The better options are endless

That was also craptastic. Dont forget about Hardy LOCKING THE FRONT DOOR ONLY RIGHT WHEN THE GUYS WERE JUST OUTSIDE. Guess they forgot that part of their training until then

I have to say that I am getting more comedic enjoyment out of this show then most sitcoms I watch.

And, what was the whole deal with that Molly the girlfriend as a cultist reveal?
I know they think they're being all clever and all, but...wtf? She got some super inside secret info about Hardy for Joe?
She got impreganted maybe before she left him?
She infected Hardy with the Aids?

Oh definitely. This has turned into my new CSI Miami just for that

Yeah who knows. I guess just another thing for Joe to have control of in his life. "Look we are not that different me and you. We both love the same women, blah blah blah"

Another thing to touch on - I also love how on the "previously on The Following" before each show they have to remind us of who Joe Cole is by repeating that he was sent to prison for 14 murders before every show. Most shows that have actual depth to them, tend to focus on things you might have forgotten in the previous weeks with all of the other intricate story lines being woven together. This one, not so much. This is Joe Cole. He's bad. He escaped. He leads a cult of killers. Now you're caught up on 12 weeks of shows.

That's it exactly. That, and Baywatch back in the day with my wife, although I have another reason to watch that show besides goofing on it.

Yeah, could be. From the guy who is all constantly telling all who would listen, "I LOVE MY WIFE"...He kills sadistically, yet just wants to be gentle with his son. Just a family man.

Oh this yes! Man, I thought I was the only one bothered by this. I DVR, and have to FF through all this, and every week, its the same previous stuff, PLUS the prior week added to it.

Oh and "12"...the dick pics theory would actually be awesome.

I honestly kept waiting for Batista from Miami Metro to be a part of the cult. So what a shock for me

It was a brilliant plot twist that he wasn't in the cult.

I did love his FBI trained technique of standing out in the open and blindly blasting shotgun rounds into the dark

How else would you be able to announce your exact location in the dark to enemies otherwise?
(Not to mention waste admitted precious little ammunition you have)

When that dude shot one of the followers through the glass and said "one down" I told my wife that had he added "two to go" I'd have turned that shite off....sure enough Hardy says a few minutes later that there are two more of them outside . And right after that we watched revolution
