Damn. Barry got his arse kicked hard. That kind of brutality was far more extreme than I was expecting. CW was really pushing the line there far beyond from PG to R Rated with that kind of violence.
I love wells being a dick. It's so awesome because you know deep down he's a good guy whereas if wells is charming and super nice, deep down he's an evil thug piece of shite.
I love patty and she's a pretty good match for Barry but we all know that he's going to end up with Iris. It's just fate.
Looking forward to Grodd next week. Any chance Jay will somehow get his super speed back with Barry out of commission?

I think he'll get his speed back, but it will probably later on in the season, when they have the final confrontation with Zoom.

The Arrow/Flash crossover will feature Wells coming up with a serum to revive Barry's speed. He will want to test it on Jay.

I have to hand it to them, after doing their best to stick to the dark and gritty Nolanesque theme the first two seasons of Arrow they finally said frick it, we're going whole hog across the board.
Its a shame Warner Brothers is sitting on so many characters for the movies. I would love to see a Justice League on the CW run by these folks.

Ok episode. I'm running thin on you can do it Barry, but since Zoom owned him last episode I'll let it slide. They needed to have this episode to show how bad Barry failed and Zoom dominated. Thought Grodd was going to be fluent like planet of the apes, but since they showed his new home at the end guess that will be next time he drops in.
