Bad joke. He was on an underrated tv show awhile back called Ed.

If they ever do decide to merge the two universes, WB should just go ahead and give the movie reins over to Berlanti, Guggenheim, and Kreisberg. Hell if WB were smart, they'd hand them the reins to the movies anyways. Whoever has the reins now seems to be screwing them up in royal fashion (especially when compared to Marvel).

Agree on that 100%

They have killed it in the world building aspect.

They also seem to have a better idea of how to use various characters. I'm almost positive they would have been smart enough to use Lana Lang instead of Lois in MOS for instance. It would have made way more sense for her to be his young connection to earth than turning Lois into a super reporter who somehow can figure out he is Clark while the US military cant in figure out what city in Kansas he's from. (hint, the one Zod attacked!)

Hell, CW, NBC and Fox should WANT them to do that kind of stuff b/c it would only advertise their shows more.

Not for free they wouldn't. They have ownership in these shows and the characters therein and will be due compensation if they are used in any other form of media.

Let's recap who has already been shown just in the trailer alone:

Barry Allen (The Flash)
Iris West
Mark Mardon (Weather Wizard)
Caitlin Snow (Killer Frost)
Cisco Ramon (Vibe)
Harrison Wells
Eddie Thawne (Reverse-Flash)

and of course Oliver Queen

If they have Leonard Snart in this it would be a dynamic paradigm shift in comic book villains on any screen, as he fines his underlings for senseless acts of violence, punishes them for drug use, and brutally punishes those who kill, especially if they kill women and children.

Introducing him could also explain the accident that gives Killer Frost her abilities...

Snarts gonna be a big deal in this show. They better cast well for him.

We see metahumans will be in the show but I wonder how they'll pull of Grodd without it looking very silly.

Looks awesome but Tom Cavanagh is in it which means it'll be canceled early.

Alan Tudyk voiced him in the Justice League cartoon.

If they got Mark Hamill to play Trickster, it would come full circle.

Grodd is telepathic. He wouldn't theoretically have to open his mouth to speak.

ehh... do they though?

we really have no idea what all is in the contracts.

I have a hard time believing Warner wouldnt have some clause that would allow them to use the characters elsewhere if they want. At least w/the CW shows anyway.

Besides, there have been cross network crossovers in TV before. (ex Ally McBeal/Boston Public on Fox w/The Practice on ABC) I just don't see why it would be that big of an issue here.

Honestly I think it just sense for them to do it.

Not only would it make it easy to have a full JL roster, it would serve as a way to constantly remind the public the films are on the way (just like SHIELD). Also, when the films would come out, interest in the shows would tick up as more people become aware of the characters. I think a whole lot of people new to the shows would binge watch both on Netflix if they knew the characters would be in the films. That would be good for everyone that has anything to do with the show. The CW would get more exposure, Netflix would possibly see a rise in (or at least help keep) customers, the syndication rights become more valuable etc.

They just finished season 2.

Season 1 is on Netflix I think. Season 2 just ended last night so it may be tougher to find.
