That is an excellent plan for Disney to protect them from people like danfraz who have the mentality of "it's my $10 and I'm entitled to pay one time and watch however many movies I want to... Oh and it's okay to do so because they are a big corporation and I'm cheap".
Disney's program however is different than the topic of the original post of some random cheapskate buying one ticket and jumping from movie to movie.

It's good for Disney but not for others. I often buy Disney tickets and see something else so I can rack up on Disney points. They only let you submit 4 tickets per movie though.
