Re-make

IMDB has an original made in 1973. Looks to be another zombie / infection movie. Bad arse!

Well, George A. Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn, etc.) did write and direct the original...

Crazy people who exhibit zombie tendencies are much creepier than regular zombies.

That's one thing that makes the 28 Days and Weeks movies so good.

You know what makes me want to see this movie? At the end of the trailer, at the baseball park, the cop says "what's that?" and there's a crazy dude coming in from the outfield about to pwn some fools. It just "felt" creepy as frick.

so they are zombies?

Not technically. They are regular people who have been infected with a biological weapon (virus) that turns them into homicidal maniacs.

The "zombies" in 28 Days Later weren't zombies at all. They were living infecting humans.

They didn't eat people like zombies. They just killed them.

I'm actually pretty interested in this movie too. I don't think I've been this interested in a horror-ish movie since The Strangers.

That was a pleasant surprise.

Can never be enough of these movies ... Take notes, because one day you may have to use some of the things you learn in these movies.

Yeah, this was bumped. I think I started this in January.

I've seen another trailer, a longer one, and I think this is the movie that I'm most looking forward to.

Many of the horror movies made the last ten years have been remakes. I could probably name at least 30.
