They don't start filming until late October.

I have to say that I'm worried about where they can take this in Season 2. I just don't want it to have the Heroes Syndrome where it has a great first season, but they have no idea where to take it from there.

I hate to say this - I binged season 1 and loved it. But I don't remember thing 1 from any of it. What's it about besides me having memory loss. Did they erase all recollection from everybody? Lol.

I must be missing something really obvious here but what do all those titles have to do with season 2 of Stranger Things.

That is what you are supposed to do, decipher the code.

quote:

Mad max: now stranger things took place in 1984 and we viewed it in 2016 so mad max 3 came out on july 10 1985 so what if it releases on July 10 2017 it seems real to me

The boy who came back to life is most likely will

The pumpkin patch I do not know

The palace is most likely Hawkins lab

The storm the only thing I could find was hurricane bob which was around july 10 1985

The pollywog is really cool if its true OK a pollywog is a pre version of a frog so what if humans are pollywogs and eleven or the monster is the frog, think about it

The secret cabin is most likely cabin in the woods

The brain: what if the brain means they took elevens brain and put it in another body

The lost brother most people would think that means Will will go missing again but I think that is way to obvious so i think Jonathan will go missing?

I swiped the quote from youtube.

The pumpkin patch, Pumpkinhead 1988 inspired?

This is what worried me while I was watching the show, the sophomore effort is usually the most difficult. You can pour an entire lifetime of ideas into the debut, but then have only a short time to prepare for the follow up. I like how the show wrapped up, not everything needs to be answered or explained, and personally felt this show would be best suited as anthology-type series. However, I have to give the Duffers the benefit of the doubt, it will be interesting to see where they take it going forward.

Or it's just a list of the episode titles.

I assume those are the names of each episode.

The title of an episode or chapter of a book is a descriptive heading that can give a glimpse into what the Ep/Ch is about. Concrete or abstract.

the directors have already said they have so much more story that it couldn't be done within 1-2 seasons. That makes me think they have plenty of material and we might get several more seasons.

They are probably telling the truth, but if I came up with a cash cow that big I would be saying the same thing no matter what.

" Yeah I got 10 seasons worth of material" (furiously starts typing)

Yep, as I assumed I was missing something absolutely obvious.

1983. It ended by Christmas of 83

Maybe, but the teaser says Fall of 1984, so I would imagine it being a reference to it being around Halloween in the show if these are episode titles.

Have no clue how madmax relates.

Amen. Mind you, I think they can pull it off. From the behind the scenes interviews they work really well under the pressure of a tight deadline.

I would say that if they already have the number of episodes with titles then they have the material already. And its due out the following year
