I watched the finale last night. I don't think the gut wrenching thing will be permanent, just based on the bad guys not finding much.
It's turned into a great show. S1 focused on Omega too much and started to go girl boss/mary sue a bit, but S2 has been great.

I don't know if I'd call it great. The best episodes are the ones the Bad Batch wasn't even in.

They have Omega giving me teen lesbian from Willow vibes, though. Her look is very similar, and she did just make a special new friend. Let's see if Disney can resist. I'm thinking they probably can't.

I wasn’t going to say anything about that because it doesn’t change the show for us but my boy called that when they were sitting in the boat before the tsunami.

She has the same sort of boy hair that the Willow girl has, and her clothes are 100% boy.

I think they will end up making this a retcon for the emperor’s cloning thing in Rise of Skywaller
