I mean, did they have any original ideas for this movie?

At this point, I'm surprised they didn't have Rey living with an aunt and uncle who were then killed by First Order storm troopers.

Because it's excessive, adds nothing to the plot, and too big of a rip off (literally) of ANH.

I just watched it again last night on Starz. I don't care if it's member berries; still an entertaining movie.

Unlike most I actually love the scene and wish it would've been left in

I never felt like we got enough of Chewie being a total badass in the movies. At least not in the ways that are unique to him, massive size and strength. Plus it adds something for him and Rey to bond over now that Hans gone, him having saved her and all


That said the criticism of it copying ANH is fair and I understand it but I still liked the scene
