F you were a Seinfeld watcher, no way you dont connect the Green Day song with the Seinfeld finale

I'm a huge Seinfeld fan and don't associate the 2

Granted I didn't really care for the finale and haven't watched it in many years

I don't know if this counts the originally song started out this way.

quote:

Singing the blues when the Red Sox lose,
it's a crisis in your life.
On the run 'cause all your girlfriends
wanna be your wife.
And the laundry ticket's in the wash.

But it was changed for the show to
quote:

Making your way in the world today
takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries
sure would help a lot.
Wouldn’t you like to get away?

Where everyone knows your name

Every song from the Rocky movies.

Huey Lewis and the News in all his back to the future songs.

You can do 80's movies all day long.
Top gun
Ferris buelers day off
Caddyshack
Dirty dancing
footloose
Etc.

Agree but you are telling me you dont think about Seinfeld when you hear it?

I certainly do.

Nope..I think of middle school. I heard it all the time, and hated it. That was the album when I felt green day had sold out.

But that's the thing about music. It brings up different memories and thoughts with everyone. But I think your memory of it may be more popular for older Seinfeld fans.

That's a good point. Almost everyone hated the finale so much, almost nobody ever watched it again.

I don't think most people have even watched that show. It had enough of a following for Showtime to keep it on for awhile. But most people haven't seen it.

Well the last 2 were very very popular before the shows considering I've never watched either of them and I know both and that both have been on multiple shows because they are so iconic. And the correct answer to your question is danger zone.
