Liked the episode tonight, Tig was hilarious as usual, don't care about the Tara or Gemma, but would love for both to die. Sutter must really like gay butt sex the season

Can someone please tell me if I have this plan mapped out correctly?
-Tara convinces Sopranos Girl to help her with custody battle.
-Tara gets restraining order ready
-Tara has Hospital Admin Lady tell Sopranos Girl that she's been pushed out of custody
-Tara knows this will make Sopranos girl run to Jema.
-This sets up the fake attack and activates the restraining order.
So the entire "divorce/custody" plan with the lawyer was just bait to get Sopranos Girl to run to Jema to make her freak out?
-Tara convinces Sopranos Girl to help her with custody battle.
-Tara gets restraining order ready

-Tara says she's preggers but she really isn't, this gives her a reason to go to the hospital which is where she is secretly meeting with the lawyer as well as where Sopranos and her kid can meet and play together
-Tara gets restraining order ready
-Tara gives Sopranos the okay to tell Gemma that Tara's going to try to leave with the boys, everyone knows Gemma is a hot-head and this will set her off
-Hospital Admin Lady is in on it because she's trying to help Tara get out of the whole Sons/Charming scene.
-Gemma shows up to confront Tara, Tara stages it so that it looks like Gemma kicked her in the belly thus killing the imaginary fetus
-Tara knows that will be the final straw for Jax, and it does indeed push him to sign the restraining order.
Now Tara is one really big step closer to taking the boys and leaving Charming.

Yes, even if she were pregnant and miscarried... Fetal products would likely still be in her uterus, she would still have a corpus luteum and her blood hormone BHCG would still be elevated. None of that disappears immediately.

I've stuck with this show from the beginning, but holy shite, it gets more unrealistic by the episode.
