definitely the best looking, the most stylish, and yes...maleficent, her bird, her creepy castle filled with creepy pig/humans is terrifying

Pssh, it IS the greatest animated movie of all time. There's no question in that.

I like when media intersects with all the pieces of inspiration; when there's that perfect balance of where something came from, where the medium goes, and how that's reflected in the story told.

Throne of Blood is that for me in film. Sleeping Beauty is that for animated films.

I've never noticed that HD makes that much of a difference for animated films. I think that it probably isn't worth it.

We bought it and I saw a few minutes of it while my daughter was watching yesterday. I think it looks and sounds great. We had the dvd as well. Big difference
