What are you trying to get out of it? Normal (or as close as you can get to it) TV viewing? Just sports?
Sling out of the two, IMO. I haven't tried HULU, though.

Live sports, wife wants live USA, TBS, TNT. Both options offer all of this.

To answer this question, yes. You do have SEC-TV(SEC Network).
To the OP's question, I have had both. I like both. When HULU live TV became an option I went with HULU since I was already paying them and I wanted one bill. Other than the normal "Your internet needs to be fast enough" type questions/problems I have no damning reviews for either. In fact Sling might be a little better as far as navigation goes.

What about cost differences?
I just started my Sling service. I tried to find out more about Hulu, but it seemed like I would have to download the app and start filling out my registration to even find out what the options and costs are.

I have DIRECTV Now which is comparable in price. The app is ok, but it works well Using your login info to sign into apps for individual channels.

Hulu is on limited platforms. But it's what I would chose. Sling orange+blue with live ain't the great for the price. Hulu seems to have more to offer.
