Ski lift horror/suspense movie?

I saw a dreary movie about 4 years ago about some people that get stuck on a ski lift and there is nothing they can do but wait for their inevitable hypothermic deaths. The movie is kind of like Phonebooth in the sense that it's all in one setting and it's done well. I've googled the hell out of this movie but not having any luck. A chance any one here has seen it and know the name?

Frozen (2010). Not to be confused with the Disney movie.

I actually have seen it. It wasn't great, but it's decent enough to pass the time. Surprisingly bloody and gruesome for a movie about people stuck on a chair.

I love the movie just for the part after homeboy jumps off the ski lift.
