Simpsons Treehouse of Horror XXVI

It's the only episode of the show that I make a point to watch. They're not all winners, and nothing will ever top ToH V, with The Shinning and the Toaster Time Machine, but it's still a fun annual trip back to my school days.

To the other poster, last week was a Halloween episode but not a ToH. I watched it thinking it was, which might have been their reason for doing it.

It was decent. The third vignette was a little weak, and I don't know why they based it on a forgettable movie that came out years ago, but I enjoyed it.

IMO, I think last weeks regular Halloween episode was much better than this year's Treehouse of Horror

I was trying to figure this out too. The only thing I could figure was the pov shots that seem like they would be difficult from an animation standpoint. I feel like a lot of times now, they're just challenging themselves to look good in front of their peers. Most of their audience has moved on and the rest of us aren't going anywhere so they're just having fun with it.
