Most likely, but she could also maybe be at Ricken’s party.

That last episode was one weird episode. I'm going to have to google search an explanation

I thought last night was the finale so I kept watching wondering how they were gonna wrap everything up and then realized there was another episode left.

What’s the thinking on his wife? Is she in some sort of coma but the implant makes her able to wake up and function? Does she think he is dead also?

IDK, but I mentioned earlier that Rickon and Devon still think she's dead, so either they've never run across her outie anywhere again (which seems like a huge risk for them to take) or she more than likely lives at Lumon—remember that Petey’s map had an area marked as “some people might live here.”
I think it makes the most sense that she's a permanent innie, and thus has no recollection of her supposed "death."
Now that she's been fired, I can't imagine they'd actually release her back into the world, because it would be a pretty significant loose end.
Maybe some innies get reprogrammed and placed in a different department, which is another reason for them to stay separated from each other?

She also said in the last wellness visit with Mark that she has only been awake for 108 hours & her happiest memory was of the 8 hours spent around people who resented her presence at the time & part of it was spent being tortured in the Break Room. She also teared up goig to the testing area so I assume that is where she "lives" most of the time (likely in a coma from the car accident)

I don't think her outtie could be in a coma, because that would mean all of what transpires inside Lumon is a Matrix-style world, inside of something artificial.
I mean, I guess that could be the case, but assuming it's not, she couldn't wake up as an innie if her physical body isn't functioning as an outie (it's still the same person).
That's why I'm figuring she just never leaves—her outie is "dead" in the sense that she hasn't been switched back to it in a long, long time.
That does beg the question of how she got there in the first place, from the car accident to Lumon, without someone realizing her body wasn't buried or cremated, etc.
Unless they're clones.

Also I hope they let us know what they’re working on. Why was it such a big deal that the card showing the karate move was missing? Are they only seeing what they want them to see and it’s really something else?

We will probably find out Helly is at the Lumon gala and some big wig in the company, related to the Kier's, or on the board.
I hate to say it but I hope Mark trusts his brother-in-law. I wouldn't do well around him for too long

I think she might have been one of the masked dancers during the waffle party.

OK I powered through all of the episodes this past week, just in time for the last episode.
I made sure to catch up before looking at this thread. I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned the similarity in concept to Dollhouse, especially with the Dichen Lachman connection. Although the technology in Severance is way better, the idea is the same, protecting the privacy and security of the client(s). Boy, if this technology really existed, the US government would have already been licensing it and making sure to prevent its export.
It feels like there's so much to explain in the last episode. Any word on whether a second season has been green-lighted? It would suck to have cliffhangers and loose ends and no second season.
Edit: Oh wait, Season 2 was just announced today!
