What about the set outside the building near the school's car garage for the mechanic class they had where they reassembled the car in beldings office?

That was just shop class. Just like Slater, Zack, and the girls were in home-ec. Regular classes instead of extracurricular.

Zack definitely played baseball in 8th grade, and I couldn't remember if it was ever referenced after that.

didnt they reference it in the oil spill episode when they were talking about what all they could buy with the money? something about raybans for the outfielders or am i confusing that line with something else?

I remember the rayban comment, it was in lieu of building a dome. I don't know if that convo specifically referenced zack playing baseball though.
