Well this is funny, I've never seen Landau's role in Ed Wood mentioned on here as one of the great acting jobs. "What he or she said sounds intelligent, I'm gonna run with it!"

I assume you are referring to George W Bush. I can only also assume you are not aware his father was also president and had the same first and last name, so the middle initial was added to differentiate between the two.

I just watched the part of the Academy Awards that year when Landau was announced the winner. Samuel Jackson clearly mouths "shite."

I kind of agree. I've never liked live theather in part because i think it's over acting, but distracting might be the better word. I'm much more interested in the story and directing.
