The dude is an interviewer on the red carpet. Cohen was fairly early so he had to do interviews to major stars with ash on his fancy tux. Seacrest is a douche which is why it is entertaining. Sorry it didn't have tits, flatulence, or killing in it.

Im more along the lines of thinking, why does he make so much for doing so little? And then act like he is royalty? Not so much hate, just curiosity about why he thinks he is so important.
