This is where I was at because I am a pretty hardcore fantasy/sci-fi/post-apocalypse fan. But now, I am realizing it is what it is. I am going to just not watch and then if a year or so from now it has made a turn for the best and getting great reviews I will watch on Netflix or on DVD. I cannot waste my time hoping for this to develop. I will watch if it ends up developing though.

But now they're to a point in the series where they've burned off most of the episodes that were already in the can and couldn't be changed to adjust to the criticisms. I'm going to keep going with it, because I still see potential for it to get better.

I have not even considered this or knew things like this happened. I am now reconsidering because of your post. I am a glutton for pain anyway.

Yeah, they had either 6 or 7 episodes (probably 6) already done before the pilot aired. They just aired the 5th episode. There is no new ep being shown next week, so in 3 weeks if I don't see improvement, or a tonal change, or something that gives me more hope, I'll bail then. But I'm going to watch at least the next two, and possibly the next three.

Stopped watching it. Started to get dumb bc of Charlies character. Plus, she sucks at acting
