I haven't seen any in awhile if I remember correctly. I really want to see:
The Connection
Timbuktu
Leviathan
(The other movie by the director of leviathan)
Hard to be a god
The tribe

Some of the ones coming out soon look pretty cool too.

There's a French tv show called "The Return" on Netflix that is legit. I know you asked about movies, but i'm loving this program right now.

Yakuza Apocalypse Starring Mad Dog from The Raid, directed by Takashi Miike. Total insanity.

Turbo Kid I believe this is Canadian, so still counts as foreign. Trailer is a bit misleading as this is more of a love story but there's lots of fun action.

I think most people on this board would really like Turbo Kid. Yakuza Apocalypse probably isn't for everyone but I'm a Miike fan.

Anxious to see The Tribe, seems like a really cool movie. I haven't seen but have heard good things about Timbuktu, its available on Prime.

Not that recent but I would recommend "The Dance of Reality" (2014). Jodorowsky movies are always worth the watch. It's one of the best movies the decade thus far IMHO.

The most recent ones I've watched that I would recommend are...

Black Souls
The Raid 2
A Man from Nowhere

Leviathan is the only one on your list that I've seen. Was excellent.

"Phoenix" was pretty good.

Ditto "Venus in Fur."

I've got a million semi-recent foreign films that I like, but that's all I've got from the last ~3 years.

I saw Leviathan, which was good but nothing you haven't seen before, and Hard to be a God, which is an absolutely insane trip that most people will not want to go on.

You see, I began to think that but then I read a review from one of the most docile, anti-weird critics that I follow and he absolutely loved it. So I don't know.
