Rebels - Is it Good?

I loved Clone Wars. Some of the best Star Wars storytelling is in that animated series. Six seasons of brilliance, and it gets better and better as the series progresses.
Does Rebels do a good job as well? After seeing Rogue One, I feel like going through and watching it.

Not really. They need to get away from all the Anakin stuff. Go into the future or I would like to see some old republic stuff in the new cannon.

Rebels is not quite as good as Clone Wars but it is still really good.
The first episode is just awesome, and there are a handful of episodes that are just as awesome.

It's a little kiddie, but enjoyable, especially if you like the OT setting.

Season 2 is legit. Season one was pretty meh, but still enjoyable. It is worth checking out IMO if you liked Clone Wars.

Star Wars Rebels is badass....
I watch it with my kids and look forward to it......
First off, season 1's finale was EPIC.....Darth Maul, Vader, Inquistors, it was a 1 hr nonstop battle
Season two episode 8 just aired with some more Darth Maul and mentions of Obi Wan being alive......Maul is going to seek him out on a planet with two suns....

Yeah his episodes are out of whack. Season 2 finale was Vader, Maul, and the Inquisitors. Season 3 episode 10 was two weeks ago I think. No episode this past weekend.

It's pretty good overall. First year was a bit slow going, but once they started putting in a few characters from the movies in season 2 it really picked up. It's hit and miss though, some episodes are great, but there are a few too many "filler" episodes that really don't advance the story and tend to be a bit boring. If you're really into Star Wars though, you'll love it.

I started S1 after watching Rogue 1 and I'm enjoying it...the creators keep it much in the spirit of ANH/ESB with a tad more kiddification. Lots of streaming sites have all eps, cuz Disney Xd app sux cox.

Never see clones but season 2 has some badass fight scenes. Much darker than the first 7 movies. Just have to let the young Padawan grow up a bit.

A lot of filler episodes with some really excellent episodes in between. The entire series is worth watching just for the S2 finale alone, TBH.

New Mid-season trailer. Holy hell, Tie Defenders. If you played the original Tie Fighter game you'll recognize them. I've only watched this show sparingly, but now I'm gonna have to go watch the whole thing. Maybe I convince my 4 year old to sit down with me and watch it.
