2. Logan
3. The Dark Knight
4. Days of Future Past
5. Guardians of the Galaxy
6. X-Men First Class
7. Wonder Woman
8. Deadpool
9. Civil War
10. The Avengers

The films I would put in the discussion in no particular order.

Batman Begins

The Dark Knight

Guardians I and II

Logan

After those I would have Iron Man. The rest are pretty bad in my opinion.

I was joking. After that beating you took, I doubt you're going to see it.

I was mostly having some fun in that thread. Most of the superhero movies just don't do it for me. I like the ones that have some good storytelling, but most of them just turn into people wearing tights and explosions.

Takes cajones for adding these.

There's an argument there, but if we're that strict, Dark Knight isn't really one either.

Rank 10 Best Superhero Films Of The Past Decade

Tier 1
Avengers
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Logan
Captain America: TFA

Tier 2
Guardians of the Galaxy
Hellboy and the Golden Army
Dredd (good call, vilma totally forgot about this one)

Tier 3
Iron Man
X-Men: FC
X-Men: DOFP

HM: Captain America Civil War, Doctor Strange, Guardians Vol. 2, Thor: DW, Age of Ultron, Deadpool

Notes:
- There are "Films that Feature Superheroes" and "Superhero Films." The first is where TDK fits. It isn't really a superhero film/comic book, that isn't the sole purpose. It's a great movie, but not really a "superhero film." I want films that make me feel like I'm watching a Live Action Comic Book. And I'm ok with some of the warts that aren't sacrificed to make something more believable or try to instill some great mystery/theme. Some comic books do that innately, see Old Man Logan/Logan, most don't. Hence, no TDK. If I were to rank those films, that first tier looks different and I probably put TDK, and a few others on the list.
- Given the above comment and the previous one, I do think Guardians fits a strict definition of a superhero film
- Batman Begins is a Tier 1 film, but falls right outside of the Past Decade
- Seeing WW this weekend, may readjust depending on how good it is.
- On some multiple rewatches Hellboy and the Golden Army is kind of a phenomenal film and comic book movie. Completely underrated because of the usual DC/Marvel spat. It would be Tier 1 on a "Films that come from Comic Books" list.

Because he's a massive a-hole in persona, or because he has the law behind him and isn't a vigilante? Dredd has saved his city multiple times, and even the world once if I'm not mistaken. He doesn't have super powers, no, but that's surely not part of it.

He's got the exact same super powers as the publisher.

Only he is the law
