I enjoyed the first season so I tuned into the second. That season the constant brooding and posing started to get tedious but I muscled through. The trailers for season 3 sucked me back in with what looked to be a good story line. Then BOOM right back to the hair tossing and "I'm so dark and deep" looks. Too much angst and not enough action. For me at least. Not even the scrumsulecense that is Laura Vandervoort can save it for me this time. Anybody out there watching and want to try and sell me on why I shouldn't clear it from my DVR list?

I saw it on SyFy as it was after the Magicians, and made it 2 whole episodes before quitting it. And you are right, even Laura Vandervoort couldn't save it.
One would think it wouldn't be hard to write a decent story in that niche of a genre, but there really haven't been any as far as I know.
