Perfect casting in a movie

Since we have a miscast movie thread, I thought we needed a perfect casting thread.
Name some movies and actors where the casting is dead solid perfect. I'll start:
Ian Mckellan as Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings (actually, the whole cast is dead solid perfect IMO)
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark in Iron Man
Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider
Name some movies and actors where the casting is dead solid perfect. I'll start:

Since I'm re-reading Potter right now, the casting of Alan Rickman as Snape and Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix is on my mind. Just perfect casting.

Michael J. in BTTF. I'm not sure but I think someone posted a video here a while back that showed a different actor who originally got the lead filming a few scenes. MJF was a hell of a lot better than whoever it was.
