The wife and I settled on this last night since she didn't want to see Wolfman and I didn't want to see Valentine's Day. It was actually pretty entertaining.
It's only PG, but was well done and had decent special F/X. It was directed by Chris Columbus. I can see it possibly becoming a franchise.
