Anyone brought their kids to see this movie? Would it be too much for a 4 year old to handle ("scary stuff", etc.)? Thanks..

my first movie with my dad was a special thing that I still remember...if this is a first time trip, and I doubt it is, please don't waste that on Paddington bear

No way. Saw it with my 3 & 6 year old. They both really enjoyed it. A few sad parts, but nothing scary.

The movie itself exceeded my expections, which were admittedly pretty low.

You do realize that this movie is being very well reviewed, right?

I know I know, I'm just thinking about my dad. I was thinking in terms of a movie he/she will still watch when they're 30, but I'm in a sentimental mood lately

Hmmmm, might be a little slow for a 4 year old to handle. It is a pretty good movie, but not like your normal wacky kids show.

So is he supposed to wait for 6 more years to maybe watch a Bond movie or something?

hey frick you buddy, I miss my dad

no, I think parents are over protective with what they let their kids watch now...I saw batman when I was 5

far be it from me to tell parents what to let their kids watch, but my brother won't let my 4 year old nephew watch animaniacs with me

I let mine watch Futurama and King of the Hill. He doesn't get most of the jokes but he thinks it's hilarious all the same

My kids, 8, 5, and 3 all enjoyed it. Certainly not too much to handle. A little slow for the youngest, who was disappointed there weren't more bad guys.

You'll like Big Hero 6 better. It was pretty funny and action oriented enough that the kids will be entertained

disagree. I think most parents are under protective about what they let their kids watch. 99% of what is on TV is not appropriate for kids including most commercials.

ITS BS. I can't watch a single show anymore without the "AGENDA" being force fed.
